In the Rear View Mirror

Now that the week is coming to an end, tell me something positive that happened in the last few days.

I have a couple positives to share:

I went hiking Wednesday and made it .062 miles before I had to stop. That might not seem like a successful hike but for me, that’s progress. I should also share that the hike was straight up the side of a mountain, so it really felt like I was hiking my way to the clouds. I felt great, except for my lungs, they felt like they were on the verge of fire. Okay, that was an exaggeration, but they were definitely burning. I am also going to start exercising 3 times a week, hiking on Wednesday’s. I’m not sure how long that will last, but I have a goal to get to the top of the damn mountain!

I think my allergies are getting under control again; for the first time since April, my eyes are not red and swollen, with dry patches on my eyelids. It feels so good to not have puffy eyes that water constantly and look dry on top. It was the strangest thing, and I’m very happy that the latest round of scripts have helped because it was out of control.

So, all in all, a very good week! Now it’s your turn.
